Mbodied Movement approaches choreography as a site of discovery. Power is not granted, it is uncovered through embodied process and relationship. We believe the power in our movement mirrors the power in our voice. Both emerge through presence, vulnerability, and connection. Each work is shaped by lived experiences and collective inquiry, thereby inviting dancers and audiences to witness themselves, exchange stories, and affirm the truths carried in their bodies.
